Thank you 2025 - “for the small things”

Before you rise,

before you rush into what is next,

pause —

and bow to what has already held you.

Not only the big victories,

not only the moments that glittered and sang,

but the small, almost invisible kindnesses

that stitched your life together.

The mornings when your breath returned to you.

The cup that warmed your hands.

The message that arrived right on time.

The courage it took to simply keep going.

Be grateful for the days that asked you to slow,

for the tears that taught you tenderness,

for the endings that made room,

for the quiet strength you did not know you had.

Be grateful for the people who stayed,

and even for the ones who taught you how to let go.

For every lesson disguised as delay.

For every door that closed to protect your becoming.

Nothing was wasted.

Nothing was by chance.

Every step shaped your roots,

every breath brought you here.

So thank your body.

Thank your heart.

Thank this moment.

And as you step into what is coming,

carry this knowing with you:

You are already enough.

You are already guided.

You are already held.

May gratitude walk with you —

quietly, steadily —

into all the days ahead.
