As someone who has personally experienced burnout, I know how easily life and work can overwhelm us when we aren’t effectively managing our wellbeing, energy, and boundaries. My burnout stemmed from work place pressures from the business i worked for, the pressures i put on myself alogside .just daily life challenges/ hiccups that we will all have to navigate and attempt to balance at some point in life. We spend so much time in work, and can struggle to balance prioritsiing our wellbeing outside of work when working full time.
