Welcome to Inner Lifetime. An independent, heart-led yoga studio on Newark Road in Lincoln, created to support your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Inner Lifetime is built on the belief that yoga is for everyone, every body, every background, every age, every season of life, and every way you might feel from one day to the next.

 

The name reflects this: an invitation to turn your awareness inward throughout your lifetime, allowing presence to become the foundation of your growth, healing, and thriving. Founded through Jade’s own journey of discovering yoga later in life, the studio is passionate about offering classes that meet you exactly where you are. Whether you feel energised, tired, hormonal, overwhelmed, curious, or simply in need of grounding, there is always a class that will hold space for you.

 

Our timetable includes typical yoga classes like Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative, along with specialist classes like Hormone, Heated, Family, Chair, Yogalates and  classes for new mums. All beginner-friendly with supportive options for those who want a little more. Every class gently weaves in the true philosophy of yoga, helping to dissolve the misconception that yoga is only about flexibility, shapes, or perfection. Here, yoga is a way of life: a practice of presence, compassion, awareness, and connection.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga in Lincoln

Build strength, improve flexibility, and leave feeling energised.

Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that links breath with movement—ideal if you want a more active class that still helps you switch off mentally. At Inner Lifetime, our flow classes are beginner-friendly with clear guidance, options for different abilities, and plenty of encouragement (you don’t need to be “flexible” to start). Expect a balanced mix of mobility, core strength, and feel-good stretching—great for desk-stiff bodies, stress relief, and general fitness.

Beginner-Friendly Hatha Yoga in Lincoln

The perfect place to start—learn the basics, safely and confidently.

If you’re new to yoga (or returning after a break), Hatha is a supportive, slower-paced class focused on foundations: posture set-up, breathing, and simple sequences you can actually understand. You’ll build flexibility and strength gradually, with cues that help you feel comfortable in your body—no pressure, no performance. This is one of the best options if you’re nervous about your first class, managing tightness, or you simply want a steady approach that helps you feel calmer and more balanced.

Yin Yoga in Lincoln

Deep stretch, less effort—ideal for tight hips, backs, and busy minds.

Yin Yoga is a calm, floor-based practice where poses are held for longer to target deep connective tissues (rather than pushing muscles hard). It’s especially popular for people who feel stiff from sitting, want to improve flexibility, or need something that soothes stress and nervous-system overload. Our Yin classes are beginner-friendly, with props and variations offered throughout so you can find a comfortable shape—whether you’re brand new to yoga or pairing Yin alongside more active classes for recovery and balance.

Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra in Lincoln

Slow down, reset, and sleep better—your deepest relaxation class.

Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra are all about rest. Think gentle, supported positions (with bolsters/blankets) and guided relaxation designed to help your body unwind and your mind settle. If you’re feeling stressed, burnt out, anxious, or struggling with sleep, this is often the most direct “solution-based” style of yoga—no experience required. You’ll be guided every step of the way, and many students tell us this becomes their weekly reset button: calmer nervous system, softer body, clearer head.

Heated Yoga in Lincoln

A warming, feel-good workout that helps you move better and stress less.

Heated Yoga adds gentle heat to create a cosy environment that supports mobility, circulation, and a deeper sense of release—without needing to “push” your flexibility. It’s great if you want to sweat, strengthen, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more energised. Beginners are welcome: we offer options, encourage breaks, and prioritise safe technique over intensity. If you’re curious about hot yoga but worried it might be “too much,” we’ll help you find the right level—at your pace, in a supportive room.

All classes at Inner Lifetime are beginner friendly with intermediate adjustments, some are more physically and mentally challenging than others.  The intensity of the classes are measured from Sooth through to Sweat.

HEN PARTY WORKSHOP

Bespoke 2 or 3 hour Hen party Workshop available for the bride to be. Why not try the hen to two hours of wellbeing. Includes hot beverage with options of wellbeing adaptogenic drinks,  yoga class style to be discussed and chosen by hen party - bespoke class designed in line with class and hen goals, heartfelt wellbeing affirmation activity from hens to the hen included, free gift for hen.
