Another week of ups and downs.. and so the perimenopause ride continues...
VLOG this week as i've had minor surgery on my head and sitting at the laptop typing wasn't an option... ouch.
The pic of me in sun glasses was a dark moment after my migraine where was as too ill to cook / prepare anything and so an ice cream from the freezer was my go to.
I've lived to tell the tale though so onwards and upwards.. roll on week 5!
