Georgia

Meet Georgia. Georgia’s mindfulness journey began seven years ago as a way to manage stress and anxiety. Yoga and meditation not only helped her cultivate a sense of calm but also played a crucial role in her recovery from brain surgery to remove a tumor. Now, she is passionate about sharing these transformative practices with those who need them most.


Over the years, Georgia has explored various styles of yoga in different countries. She has developed a deep connection with Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, and Nidra. Her dedication has taken her to Bali where she has immersed herself in retreats, practice and completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training.


For Georgia, the true beauty of yoga lies in its ability to anchor us in the present moment—letting go of the past and future while creating space for self-care. She believes that a consistent yoga practice can benefit everyone, enriching all aspects of life.


Drawing from her personal experience, wisdom, and knowledge, Georgia embraces a holistic approach to physical and emotional well-being, guiding others toward balance and healing.
