Yogalates is a beautifully balanced class that fuses the mindful movement and breath-centered flow of yoga with the core-strengthening precision of Pilates. Designed for students seeking both inner awareness and functional strength, this 60-minute class helps build a resilient body and a grounded nervous system. We begin with 10 minutes of mindful breathwork and gentle movement to activate the deep core and tune into the body with intention. From there, we explore a series of flowing yoga sequences infused with Pilates-inspired movements that stabilize and strengthen the abdominals, glutes, and postural muscles — all while maintaining mindful breath and alignment.
