Wind down from your week with this 75 minute Yin, Nidra and Crystal Singing Bowls class, designed to help you release stress and tension, balance your energy, and relax into deep rest. Beginning with meditation, moving through supported restorative Yin postures and ending with an extended savasana in a guided Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) meditation accompanied by the Crystal Singing Bowls. It's a yoga class, meditation and sound bath all in one, what more could you need at the end of a long week? *please be aware that while crystal singing bowls can enhance relaxation and meditation, they may not be suitable for everyone. If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please consult with your healthcare provider before participating.
