Online Yogalates (Yoga + Pilates) – Live from Lincoln Online Yogalates is a 60-minute live-streamed class that blends the mindful flow and breath of yoga with the core-strengthening precision of Pilates. It’s beginner-friendly and designed to help you build functional strength, better posture, and a calmer nervous system—from home. We start with around 10 minutes of breathwork and gentle movement to switch on the deep core and help you feel grounded. Then we move through flowing sequences that combine yoga mobility and balance with Pilates-inspired strength work for the abdominals, glutes and postural muscles—always with clear alignment cues and options. The class finishes with a grounding Savasana, so you feel reset rather than rushed. Expect: * Breath-led core activation (including options like 3-part breath) * Gentle-to-moderate flow to support mobility, balance and joint health * Pilates-style core and posture work woven into the practice * Strong mind–body focus (feel it, don’t force it) * Relaxation to restore and integrate This is ideal if you’re searching for online Pilates and yoga, yoga for core strength, or a structured home practice that builds strength + calm together. What You’ll Need at Home Because this is online, props are optional but helpful. If you have them, keep nearby: * Yoga mat (or carpet/rug), water * 2 cushions/pillows + a blanket (great bolster alternative) * Optional: blocks/books, strap/belt, bolster, foam roller, Pilates ring No prior Pilates experience needed, come as you are. FAQ Q. Is Online Yogalates suitable for beginners? A. Yes, clear guidance, modifications, and you can work at your own pace. Q. Do I need special equipment? A. No. Pillows, a blanket and a mat are enough. Extra props are optional. Q. Is it more yoga or Pilates? A. A true blend: yoga flow + Pilates-style core and posture work. Q. Will it help core strength and posture? A. That’s a main focus—deep core, glutes and alignment. Q. Is it live or recorded? A. It’s a live online class streamed from our Lincoln studio.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule we would ask you to allow Inner Lifetime a minimum of 12 hours' notice. If this is not adhered to class booking will not be refunded. For members: No Show to a class will be charged £5.00. The same curtsey of a £5 refund will be provided if the class is cancelled within 12 hours.
