Service Description

Mini Me & Me is a structured yoga class for parents and children to practise together in a calm, supportive environment. Unlike our family yoga sessions, this class follows the flow of a traditional yoga class and is designed for children who are able to listen, follow instructions, and take part in breathing techniques and mindful movement. The class will include variations of: ⭐ Mindfulness ⭐ Breathwork ⭐ Yoga poses and gentle flow ⭐ Restorative yoga ⭐ Tibetan healing bowls Children of all ages are welcome to attend alongside their parent or carer. However, it is the responsibility of the parent to assess whether this class is appropriate for their child, based on their ability to engage with structured guidance, group activity, and a calmer class environment. If you have more than one child that you would like to bring, please get in touch to organise additional £9 payment.
