Service Description
A yoga flow class where your babies/pre-schoolers can be close by or join in! With a focus on gentle core exercises followed by whole body flow. This session affords you that little bit of you time without having to find childcare! (But you can still come along solo too!) Get your spot booked quickly as numbers are limited to ensure room for pushchairs! *New Mums must be at least 6 weeks post partum and have sought approval from their doctor (if less than 6 months post partum).

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule we would ask you to allow Inner Lifetime a minimum of 12 hours' notice. If this is not adhered to class booking will not be refunded. For members: No Show to a class will be charged £5.00. The same curtsey of a £5 refund will be provided if the class is cancelled within 12 hours.
