Mamastay is our friendly mum and baby yoga class in Lincoln—a playful twist on “namasté” and a genuinely supportive space for mums with babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers. Your little one can stay close by, play nearby, or even join in, while you get some well-deserved movement and breath-led “you time”. Expect a gentle, postnatal-inspired session with a focus on core stability, then a whole-body yoga flow to stretch, mobilise and boost your energy. It’s designed to help you rebuild confidence in your body at your own pace—no pressure, no perfection. No childcare? No problem. (And yes—you’re welcome to come solo too!) Spaces are limited to ensure there’s room for pushchairs, so please book ahead. Important: New mums should be at least 6 weeks postpartum. If you’re under 6 months postpartum, please make sure you’ve had appropriate medical/health professional clearance before returning to exercise. FAQ Do I need yoga experience? No—this class is beginner-friendly with options for all levels. What ages can come? Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers are welcome. They can play, watch, or join in. What if my baby cries or needs feeding/changing? Totally normal. Pause whenever you need—this is a judgement-free space. Is this postnatal yoga? It’s postnatal-inspired, with gentle core-focused work and adaptable movement. Do I need to book? Yes—numbers are capped for comfort and pushchair space.
