Meet Dexter, my second child.. he's a big lovable bundle of love and excitement. To help Dexter learn how to be a calm and quiet good boy while classes are in progress, I'm putting on a series of FREE 45 min yoga classes for the upcoming Mondays. Dexter will not be in the studio during the class but he will be on the adjoining office space while the lovely Olivia from 'Positive Exposure Dog Training' will be there to help Jade and Dexter find Dexters inner yogi. Presently he whines from the office with FOMO (fear of missing out - we can all relate), which can be disruptive to class...and these classes will likely include this while he trains. While these classes are an opportunity for you to try yoga free of charge, you'll also be helping me..and more importantly Dexter. If he is trained, and he's very smart indeed, he can come to work with me in the studio meaning he doesn't have to spend hours by himself at home. 3 sessions have been scheduled.. Monday 18th Nov - 2pm Monday 25th Nov - 1pm Monday2nd Dec - 1pm These classes will try the different class styles to see how Dexter responds to the classes..but all will be beginner friendly.
