Summer Solstice Illumination Workshop - Align with Nature

This workshop is all about honoring the sun and seasonal change on the longest day of the year. This celestial celebration is to help align us to natures rythm, acknowledging both external light but also the opportunity of inner illumination at this time. We are nature and so by aligning ourselves with it, it is a powerful time to set intentions and ignite inner personal power. This workshop is designed to help tap into the solar energy through energizing sun salutation flows - then cooling down towards the end to mirror the slowing down after this peak.

The theme will be around fostering a shared experience of light, gratitude and transformation - exploring radiance, purpose and inner light through a meditation at the end.
