Strength & Stillness — Event Description
An afternoon of strength, stillness and good coffee — one hour in the gym, one hour on the mat, and an hour to meet the people behind both.
BeeLimitless and Inner Lifetime sit across the road from one another on Newark Road, and on Saturday 3 October we are opening both doors for the afternoon. You will spend an hour lifting with Molly and Harrison, an hour on the mat with Jade, and the last hour with a coffee in your hand meeting the people from the other side of the road.
It is built for people who are curious about both and nervous about both. New to the gym, or more at home on a yoga mat? Never done either? All of that is fine. You will be looked after rather than looked at, and there is no pressure to keep up.
