About the event
There's nothing quite like flowing into downward dog while a snuffly ShihTzu puppy waddles over for a cuddle.
We're bringing our next **ShihTzu Puppy Yoga** to Inner Lifetime — a one-hour workshop designed to leave you smiling, stretched, and possibly covered in puppy kisses. It's beginner-friendly, gentle, and absolutely no yoga experience is needed. The puppies don't judge your form, and neither do we.
**What to expect:**
- A gentle 45-minute beginner-friendly flow
- 15 minutes of pure puppy snuggle time
- All puppies are ethically sourced from a local, vetted breeder
