Welcome to this months' seasonal sound healing session . From September 2025 to August 2026 , the next series of sound baths will be themed around seasonal resonance and connecting with nature. At the end of each season we will be extending this session to include YIN to help release any tension or energy from the previous, to help you enter the next season feeling renewed and ready. This will take a slightly different structure for the Nov (end of autumn), Feb (end of winter), May (end of spring) and August (end of summer). We hope to see you at these sound sessions and would love your feedback. Lots of thought and energy has been put inot this series of sound baths - we hope you enjoy!
