Yoga originates from Hinduism. These workshops are to learn more about Hindu mythology so we can begin to apply the deeper philosophical and spiritual truths of each fable to daily life. The first of these workshops is about the god of creation - Brahma , and learn about the cycle of creation.

Hindu Mythology fascinates me and im excited to start these workshops. This is not only an opportunity to practice yoga in a new way, but one to help open your mind, to deepen the journey within and to ignite this spirituality and philosopher within.
Workshop Intro
Hindu mythology, talks of Brahma - the god of creation and his ability to dream of worlds yet to be, and make them into reality. It is beleived that earths life cycle goes through 4 stages - known as Yugas.
Each Yuga (age) will feature specific energetic themes, poses, and the embodiment of beings created by Brahma — such as rishis (sages), devas (gods), asuras (demons), humans, animals, and more. This transforms the practice into an exploration of both cosmic time and the inner…
