Gong Bath with Becky Ru

Becky has been offering yoga and restorative practices since 2013, adding in sound to her offerings in 2017 to bring a holistic approach to supporting well-being.

Gong Baths completely immerse, or bathe, you in sound, facilitating a space in which you can explore your subconscious and could be described as a form of sound meditation. Each experience of a Gong Bath will be unique and people are often presented with the experience that they need in the moment. Some people fall asleep, some experience visions, some see colour, others have physical sensations.

Gong Baths usually last for just over an hour. Participants lay on a yoga mat or padded mat or can be seated for the duration of the Gong Bath.
