About the event
We are teaming up with Duffabulls Lincoln who are a licensed dog breeder - and breed more than just Bull dogs. Whats even better is these puppies can potentially be up for a new home so these workshops are a great opportunity to either experience puppy energy, or explore the different breeds on offer as we progress through these workshops.
This particular workshop will have 6 very adorable Fluffy French Bulldogs - you can follow their journey on the Duffabulls Instagram account if interested in purhasing or knowing more.
So lets talk yoga - what will this class entail?
We will start with a mindful grounding, followed by a steady yin yoga sequence ! This class is beginner friendly , suitable for aged 16year +, and will be themed around our spiritual connection to all living beings... yes we are connected to the puppies! :-)
