This chapter turns our attention to relationships as powerful mirrors for consciousness. We’ll explore how unconscious patterns, emotional reactivity, and the “pain-body” can shape our connections—and how presence can transform the way we relate to others.
Together, we’ll reflect on how awareness changes communication, conflict, intimacy, and boundaries. The discussion will invite honest yet compassionate exploration of our own relational patterns, and how practising presence can create deeper authenticity, understanding, and connection.
