Service Description

This class is aimed at children aged 2-5 and will require an adult to partake in the class with them. Yoga for this age group helps with self expression and uses integrated story telling to activate imagination while holding easy fun shapes for short periods of times.. Children of this age tend to have short attention spans so activating their imagination is key when using poses to keep them engaged. Simple shapes and movements will be encouraged to help the children learn about their body and self. Physical benefits: - Balanced bodily systems - Physical activity helps strengthen heart and circulatory system - Massages internal organs to support excretion and digestion - Help with improved sleep and posture - Enhances lung capacity with conscious breathwork - Supplies oxygen to all cells in the body - strengthen immunes system but helping to regulate nervous system - Can reduce anxious, aggressive or hyperactive tendencies.
