About the event
Peter, a Reiki Master, NLP Master practitioner, IEMT practitioner and sound therapist... will be using different instruments and frequencies to target healing from within, bringing harmony and balance to the chakras. This sound session will particularly focus on chakras associated with the autumnal colours; root chakra (red) - grounding, sacral chakra (orange) - emotional stability and creativity, and the solar plexus (gold/yellow) - self esteem, inner strength and power. Autumn is a time of year where nature teaches and shows us the beauty in letting go. This sound bath is the perfect opportunity for you to let go of anything thats been holding you back or hindering you from feeling grounded, emotionally resilient or connecting to your inner power.
This sound bath will begin with a grounding breathwork and relaxation exercise before moving into the sound therapy session..
